I think Niou looks at Yagyuu like a piece of beef. As in, the whole 'toying with your prey' thing xD

But I think on some level, Niou respects Yagyuu and is like, fascinated with him. And somehow I feel like Yagyuu is even more evil than Niou (Niou's elimination saw the crystallization of THAT train of thought)

I've read Platinum fics that are just mindblowingly complex. I love this pair :DD

p.p.s: The author of PoT did mention that his only mistake when naming characters was putting Yagyuu (柳生) and Yanagi (柳) in the same team lol.

haha i feel like Niou toys with Yagyuu because Yagyuu puts up with him, but he never crosses the line because well, as you've stated, YAGYUU OWNS HIM D: recently i've been getting the feeling that Niou is like, more uke than Yagyuu DD: (previously it was like, Niou. Seme. Duh.)

or, well, i just prefer pairings where the roles are more.. ambiguous. (cough Tango cough)
